1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the item’s delivery date.

  • The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we shipped the wrong item).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or software.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items (unless defective).

  • Items clearly marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted (unless defective/damaged).

2. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us:​ To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team at support@terrahaven.best​ or call +1 (580) 707-1863. Provide your:

    • Order number.

    • Reason for the return.

    • Photos of the item (especially if defective or damaged).

  • Step 2: Instructions:​ Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions/address.

  • Step 3: Ship Back:​ Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

  • Step 4: Inspection & Processing:​ Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Process

  • Approval:​ Upon successful inspection and approval of your return:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method​ used for the purchase.

    • Processing Time:​ Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed by us. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

  • Original Shipping Costs:​ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.

  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective/damaged upon arrival).

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, accident, or neglect.

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Digital products or services once accessed/downloaded.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
